having difficulties breathing lately... am i dying?? is this some kinda black magic?? muaahahahah!!

can't be the cigarettes.. digestive system not working too!! could it be age catching up? i'm not prepared to die! lotsa sins!! heeeeeeeeeellllllpppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!
